Why Tixel
At our clinic, we believe healthy, radiant skin is the foundation of confidence. We are always searching for safe, effective, and scientifically backed treatments that deliver exceptional results without unnecessary downtime. That’s why we are proud to offer Tixel®, an advanced skin rejuvenation technology designed to improve skin tone, texture, and overall health — naturally.
What is Tixel®?
Tixel® applies a high temperature to the skin through what is called Thermo-Mechanical Ablation (TMA) technology. A small 1 cm square Titanium plate that consists of tiny pyramid-shaped pins is applied to the skin’s surface in a stamping pattern at a precisely controlled speed and depth. The pins deliver thermal energy at a very high temperature (400 degrees Celsius) in brief millisecond pulses in what we call a fractional mode. That means only small zones are treated, surrounded by normal skin. Fractional treatments minimize skin reaction and complications and improve healing times, compared to treating all the skin at once. There is no skin bleeding with the Tixel® and the high temperature of the pins makes it a sterile procedure.
The heat that is transferred into the skin, results in the controlled formation of tiny micro pores in the upper layer of the skin because of water evaporation. The micro pores not only stimulate collagen response which improves skin quality, but they provide channels for the enhanced absorption of topical products applied to the skins surface, such as serums, exosomes and growth factors.
Tixel® is the first and only technology for skin resurfacing that treats all skin types and safe for eye lid area. As a non-laser technology, the hand piece can come very close to the eyelid margin, without any protective eye wear required. It is a low pain, low downtime treatment, with quick patient recovery and substantial results.

What to Expect During Treatment
- Consultation
We’ll discuss your concerns, skin history, and desired outcomes.
- Preparation
Your skin will be cleansed, and numbing may be applied if needed.
- Tixel® Treatment
The handpiece delivers precise heat to the skin, creating tiny channels to stimulate renewal.
- Post-Treatment Care
You may experience mild redness, warmth, or swelling, which typically resolves within 1–2 days.
