By visiting our site, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Your continued use of the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. Neither we nor any third party provide any warranty to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors, and we fully exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors permitted by law. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Sales and marketing

Prices listed during specials or sales are applicable only to the treatments specified.

Existing reservations cannot be modified to reflect promotional or discount prices. Only new reservations made during the promotional/sale period may qualify.

All sales and promotions are time-limited and subject to availability.

Hawthorn Cosmetic Hub reserves the right to terminate any promotion or sale without prior notice.

Modifications to the services and prices

Prices for our products/services are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Payments

Full payment is due on the day of the procedure, after the treatment is provided.

Pre-paid treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellation of a pre-paid appointment requires 24 hours’ notice; otherwise, the treatment is forfeited with a $50 late cancellation/non-attendance fee.

Pre-paid treatments expire 12 months after the initial purchase, unless agreed on extension with treatment team.

Unused packages or treatments may be subject to an administration fee and charged at full price for used sessions.

Bookings

All appointments get a reminder via email 48 hours in advance prior to appointment.

If the appointment no longer suits the client, they need to contact Hawthorn Cosmetic Hub within 24 hours of their appointment time, to cancel or change the appointment, or the client will need to pay $50 cancellation fee.

Privacy policy

Your submission of information through the Hawthorn Cosmetic Hub is governed by Hawthorn Medical Hub Privacy statement.

You are solely responsible for the information you submit or make available through the Hawthorn Cosmetic Hub website. You warrant that any information you provide in connection with your use of the Hawthorn Cosmetic Hub is true, accurate and complete, and that you will maintain and update such information as needed so that the information remains true, accurate and complete.

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

  • To personalize your experience (your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs)
  • To improve customer service
  • To send periodic SMS/emails to you. The SMS phone number you provide may be used to send you information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions.
  • To send marketing material to inform you of new treatments, promotions etc.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or other rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

Refunds and Exchanges

Hawthorn Cosmetic Hub will only provide refunds in accordance with the Competition and Consumer Act (Australian Consumer Law). Please note, refunds are not provided for change of mind.

You may be entitled to an exchange or refund of a product or service where it is:
• faulty;
• substantially unfit for its specified purpose and cannot be remedied within a reasonable timeframe;
• unsafe or creates an unsafe situation; or
• significantly different from its description/sample.

If there is a problem with a product or service, and it can be remedied, we will attempt to remedy it within a reasonable time. If remediation is not possible, the above will apply, and you may be entitled to an exchange or refund.

Please keep and produce your proof of purchase for all refunds and exchanges.

Customer results may vary, and as such, no refund or exchange will be provided if the service or product did not provide the desired result, excluding any faults/major problems outlined above.

This refund policy applies, and you agree to be bound by these conditions, when purchasing pre-paid treatments including packages for multiple treatments.

Disclaimer of warranties; Limitation of liability

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.

You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk.

In no case shall Hawthorn Cosmetic Hub Online, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You can raise a concern about a registered health practitioner or any other person who provides a health service, with the Health Complaints Commissioner – or use the online form at the Health Complaints Commissioner website.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
